Pancreatitis (Inflamed Pancreas):

Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia): More likely if used with insulin or sulfonylureas. Watch for signs like:

Tirzep 7.5 may increase the risk of thyroid tumors, including a rare type called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC). Contact your healthcare provider if you notice any of the following symptoms:

- Shortness of breath
Do NOT use Tirzep 7.5 if:
- You or a family member has had MTC
- You have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
- You are allergic to Tirzep 7.5 or any of its ingredients

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C. Do not freeze and protect from light. Do not use if it has been frozen.
